• Q. What is the most important information to know when searching for attachments for my machine?
  A. Make and Model of your machine. For some Cat excavators you will need to know linkage family. It will also be helpful to know if you have a quick coupler on your machine and if so, what type of quick coupler- Wain-Roy® Style, Wedge Type, Pin-Grabber, Variable Center Pin-Grabber, etc… If you don't know the linkage family or what type of quick coupler you have, call us and we will help you figure it out.
• Q. What if my machine Make or Model is not listed in the drop down boxes?
  A. If your machine is not in the drop down box, either make or model, then you will need to know the weight class of your machine. View Weight Class Details
• Q. How do I get more details or see a big picture for the items that appear for the search results?
  A. Click on the tile for the item you want more info or a bigger picture for. This will take you to a screen where you will get more detailed information and can see the full size picture(s). To see even bigger pictures click on the large picture. If you want to see an even bigger picture click on the X with arrows on it in the upper right corner. This will make the image full screen. You can then scroll around to see the item in detail. If you wish to make the image smaller then click anywhere on it.
• Q. What if I need a picture or additional pictures for an item?
  A. Call us at 877-423-9749 and we will be happy to e-mail you any pictures you need.
• Q. Can I sort the search results differently?
  A. No.
• Q. What do I do if the search results page takes too long to load?
  A. You can choose to hide images and display fewer results per page to help the page load faster. This will not affect the search results, just how many results you see at a time and whether or not you see a preview picture. You can change these preferences in the right side of the page heading. For your convenience, every time you come back to our site these preferences will already be set for you.
• Q. Why should I create a User Account?
  A. Once you create a user account you can sign up to receive special offers on attachments, sale announcements, inventory updates, and news about our site. You can also create machine profiles to receive e-mail alerts as soon as we get attachments in that fit your machine(s).
• Q. What do the numbers in parentheses (#) next to attachment categories mean?
  A. That number is how many of that particular attachment we have in stock at the moment.
• Q. What happens if I select "Remember Me" when I log in?
  A. Every time you come back to our site on this computer you will automatically be logged in.
• Q. Why should I not use "Remember Me" when I am on a public computer?
  A. If you use "Remember Me" while on a public computer someone else could gain access to your account if they use the computer after you and visit our site.
• Q. How long will the site remember me?
  A. The "Remember Me" function will remember you for 10 years unless you log out. If you log out you will have to select "Remember Me" the next time you log in if you wish to be remembered again.
• Q. Will I be remembered if I use a different computer?
  A. No. "Remember Me" is computer specific, so if you use a different computer you will need to log in again. You can select "Remember Me" on additional computers and you will be remembered on each computer.
• Q. Will I still be remembered if I change my password?
  A. No. You will need to log in with your new password from each computer you wish to be remembered on before the "Remember Me" function will work on those computers.
• Q. What do I do if I sell my computer or give it away?
  A. Before you sell your computer or give it away it would be a good idea to visit our site and log out. If you already sold or gave away your computer without logging out from that computer you can change your password and your account will be secure.
